Facts and misconceptions about COVID-19(Coronavirus)
Myth: Meat and poultry products are also not safe.
Fact: Now these human has become an
infected virus, which spreads from one person to another through cough and
close contact. Now it cannot go into animals, so skipping meat or egg food
cannot protect you from this (COVID-19) coronavirus because it cannot be
infected with eggs or meat.
Myth: Do not use canned and imported food.
Fact: WHO says it is wrong. The chances of
infecting a person's commercial goods are quite low and the risk of getting the
COVID-19 (coronavirus) in many packaged goods that you have been able to
travel to in different conditions/temperatures are quite low.
Myth: The danger can be transmitted from domestic animals as well.
Fact: There is no evidence to say that
this COVID-19 (coronavirus) can be spread to domestic animals as well.

animals is negligible. Right now it is spreading from man to man only.

Myth: Using sanitizer as safe as washing
your hands with soap
Fact: If you are traveling and do not have
soap and water available to wash hands, then you can use a sanitizer. Experts
recommend washing hands with soap and water. Sanitizers are made of chemical,
which eradicate the virus but it remains on the chemical palms. If you don’t have
a sanitizer, then do wash your hands with soap and water when you return home.
Myth: The COVID-19 (coronavirus) does not survive in hot climates. Will the coronavirus be killed by increasing temperature?

that the virus will not spread in places with a hot climate. No scientific

suggesting such prescriptions but it has not been confirmed so far.
Myth: The virus can be avoided by standing
in front of the sun for two to three hours, drinking warm water and gargling.

far, which can prove that these methods can prevent the coronavirus. It
is not right that the sun's rays, hail and hot water can protect you from the

risk of the coronavirus spreading. There is no evidence for this yet.
Myth: COVID-19 is an airborne infection.
Fact: It is not a contagious air spread.

meter in the air. If you are in contact with the infected, the infected
droplets may also appear on your face, the virus may survive on the surface for
a few hours.
Mythology: Use of masks (surgical and N-95) is very important to avoid the coronavirus.
Fact: According to the World Health Organization, if a healthy person is going out of work, it is not necessary to
use a surgical mask. If you have a cold or cough, you can wear a mask so
that the disease does not spread to others. When the virus-infected person
sneezes and coughs, the droplets of liquid spread from it can contain these
viruses. The mask also prevents people from touching the face repeatedly. Masks
are not necessary for healthy people. If the mask is dirty or moist, you change
it. There is no use if the mask is not worn properly. Wash your hands
thoroughly before touching or fixing the mask.
